Lauro Golf

Alhaurin, Spain is a spectacular mountain course designed by Seve Ballesteros. It is as testing as it is stunning, and high handicpappers could lose balls in the ravines. But it suits a fade, which will help a lot of players. An unforgettable experience.

Calanova, Spain is a rising star of Spanish golf. A very fair course with broad fairways and the hazards are clear to see. Great sea and mountain views from most holes. Free buggies.

El Chaparral, Spain flows majestically through undulating countryside and pine trees. A spectacular course, breathtaking in places, the sea views are outstanding.

Lauro's 27 holes are set in a tranquil & beautiful mountain hide-away, just the place for a relaxing round after taking on the nail-biting Alhaurin. A very fair course, lined with orange and olive trees. Enjoyable for all levels of golfer.

La Cala, Spain is a major golf resort with 3 courses. The golf is high quality, but the mountain terrain is very testing and we would recommend this venue to lower handicappers.

Los Arqueros, Spain is another mountain course designed by Seve Ballesteros. Not too long, so a thoughtful approach can pay-off. Quite hilly, so the free buggy comes in useful.

Mijas Los Lagos, Spain is a Robert Trent Jones course on a grand scale, it's long but with wide fairways, and the greens and bunkering are both lavish. Very popular, book well in advance. Relatively flat, so you can save on a buggy here.

Mijas Los Olivos, Spain. Robert Trent Jones shows an entirely different style here, it's a shorter course than Los Lagos, but tighter and with smaller greens, rewarding more acurate play than big-hitting. Both Mijas courses are great, so choose the one that suits your game.

Malaga Parador, Spain is the oldest course in the area, and is a classic experience by the sea, designed by the legendary Harry Colt. Mixes parkland & links. An easy course to walk.

Torrequebrada, Spain is a well established course by the coast. The tee shots demand pinpoint accuracy to avoid the ravines. Great fun, but high handicappers will need spare balls.
